Upon arrival, you will often be near baggage claim or in a specific terminal. Detailed instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
We monitor flight schedules. If your flight is delayed, we flexibly adjust the pick-up time to accommodate your arrival. However, it's best to inform the provider of any delays.
Booking at least 24-48 hours in advance is recommended, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability. If you need urgent bookings with us please inform us as little as a few hours' notice via WhatsApp or email.
Our driver will be waiting to greet you with a name board after you clear customs and will escort you to your shuttle. If you can’t spot the driver, please contact with WhatsApp via our admin team +33 6 50 50 02 26.
We allow cancellations or changes, often with a minimum notice period of 24 hours. Check the cancellation policy when making the reservation.
